CFSA| Soliciting Opinions on 5 New Varieties of Food Additives

On January 29, 2022, China National Centre for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) solicited public opinions on 5 new varieties of food additives, including 3 new varieties of enzyme preparations for food industry such as β-glucanase, a new variety of processing aid for food industry-sodium sulfide pentahydrate and a food additive with expanded use level-acesulfame potassium. The deadline for comments is February 28, 2022.

The quality specification shall be in compliance with National Food Safety Standard Food Additive Enzyme Preparations for Food Industry (GB 1886.174).
