On October 10, 2024, the National Health Commission issued an Announcement on 12 Kinds of "Three New" Foods including annochloropsis gaditana oil, which passed two novel food ingredients including Nannochloropsis gaditana oil and four new varieties of food additives including D-psicose 3-epimerase.

English name: 2'-fucosyllactose, 2'-FL

Function classification: food nutritional fortification substance

The scope of use, usage and quality specifications of 2'-fucosyllactose are implemented in accordance with the NHC Announcement No. 8 of 2023 (except for Appendix C Information on Bacteria for the Production of 2'-Fucosyllactose).

2. Chinese name: 乳糖-N-新四糖

English name: Lacto-N-neotetraose, LNnT

Function classification: food nutritional fortification substance

The scope of use, usage and quality specifications of Lacto-N-neotetraose are implemented in accordance with the NHC Announcement No. 8 of 2023 (except for Appendix C Information on Bacteria for the Production of Lacto-N-neotetraose).
