In the process of promoting yogurt products, Shanghai Yuehuo Catering Management Co., Ltd. published advertisements containing pornographic words via a variety of media, contrary to social good manners.

In September 2024, according to the relevant provisions of the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China, Shanghai Huangpu District Market Supervision Department imposed an administrative penalty of 450,000 Yuan on the party concerned.
