A: Article 54 of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Labeling stipulates that "the Measures shall come into force on March 16, 2027. The Regulations on the Administration of Food Labeling promulgated by the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the Regulations on the Labeling of Health Food promulgated by the former Ministry of Health shall be repealed simultaneously." Before the formal implementation of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Labeling, the original regulations shall be implemented. After the implementation of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Labeling, the new regulations shall be followed.
