In order to strictly implement the "Four Strictest" requirements for food safety, standardize the bulk transportation of key liquid foods, and prevent the entire chain of food safety risks, the State Administration for Market Regulation plans to implement license management for the bulk transportation of key liquid foods, and studied and drafted the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China (Revised Draft for Comments), which are open for public opinions. The deadline for comments is March 18, 2025.
