The academician Junshi Chen leads and acts as chairman of FHE,and Prof. Yunbo Luo,College of Food Science & Nutritional Engineering,China Agricultural University,is the director of the FHE Academic Committee. The members of the academic committee include eight academicians and many top experts. FHE will follow the "Science & Technology Innovation and Scientific Evidence" of food and health,to build an integrated platform that integrates scientific exchanges,achievements exhibition and industrial docking.
