50 National Food Safety Standards are Issued

On March 18,2021,the NHC and the SAMR jointly issued Announcement No. 3 of 2021,releasing 50 new national food safety standards and 4 amended documents,including 3 nutrition and special dietary food standards such as Infants Formula (GB 10765-2021),1 food product standard such as Cheese (GB 5420-2021),38 food additives quality specification standards such as Food Additives Sodium Carbonate (GB 1886.1-2021),4 production and operation standards such as Centralized Sanitation of Food (Drinking) Utensils (GB 31651-2021),4 test method standards such as Determination of Total Acid in Food (GB 12456-2021) and 4 amended documents such as Limit of Contaminants in Food (GB 2762-2017).
