CFSA| Soliciting Opinions on 4 New Varieties of Food Additives

On May 10,2024,China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) opened four new food additives for public feedback. This includes one enzyme preparation — D-psicose 3-epimerase,two nutritional fortification substance — 2'-FL and LNnT,and one nutritional fortification substance with expanded usage scope — sodium ferrous citrate. Any comments can be submitted before June 9,2024. Details are as follows:
