On December 29,2023,the China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment publicly solicited opinions on a new variety of enzyme preparation for food industry — D-psicose 3-epimerase and two food additives with the scope of use expanded — ascorbyl palmitate (enzymatic),sucralose (trichlorosucrose). The deadline for comments is January 24,2024.
