Q: Can unapproved health food be returned for declaration?
A: Within one month from the date of receiving the decision of non-registration, the applicant may apply in writing to return the following materials: the power of attorney of the overseas applicant entrusting the domestic agency to handle the registration matters and the certification document issued by the overseas agency. Other application materials and samples will not be returned.
